When was the last time you looked at your last 11 Facebook posts?

Actually, your last 11 posts on any social media platform?

How about the last 11 blog posts you have written?

Do they represent YOU?

Are they speaking YOUR TRUTH?

Ask yourself these questions:

1: Are you sharing your values?

2: Are you sharing what fills your soultank?

3: Are you infusing your purpose?

4: Are you inspiring change and growth?

5: (gulp) Are you inflicting judgment or shame?

The answers to these questions will help you uncover if you are sharing the REAL you or a fake version you think people want to see or believe to be true.

Choose the words and visuals in your posts WISELY.
